The Kurdistan Democratic Party deputy, Bashar Al-Kiki, affirmed on Tuesday that the Kurds will not vote for Allawi's government in the event that positive results are not reached during the negotiations, pointing out that Allawi must review his current procedures with which he deals with all components.
Al-Kiki said in a statement to the "information", "The steps of the Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi are not satisfactory to us, because they are not trustworthy and reassuring, so what needs to be reviewed of his current procedures that deal with the Kurdish component and other components."
He added that "Allawi's government must reflect the demands of all components, without any unfairness."
And that "negotiations will continue with Allawi by a unified Kurdistan team, because the cab file concerns all Kurdish parties, as it was agreed within the Kurdish house to continue the dialogue."
He explained that "the negotiating delegation returned to Kurdistan to discuss the round of negotiations, and the decisions that the Kurds will take will be transferred to Allawi, since the representation of the Kurdish component in the government should be through constitutional institutions in the region and not at the expense of the Kurds."
He stressed that "the Kurds will not stand with Allawi and will not vote for his government in the parliament session in the event that positive results are not reached during the negotiations." 25 n ended
