The Securities Commission in Iraq has warned of the presence of some sites for companies buying and selling stocks from international stock exchanges such as Unique Finance Company registered in Switzerland, as it was revealed through the website of the Swiss Monitoring Authority that it is one of the companies that were warned to deal with them.
In a formal letter seen by Al-Mirbad, the commission called on the citizens to exercise caution and caution when dealing with them, as they did not authorize this type of activity and do not monitor everything that is outside its legal powers.
The commission added that the matter was repeated on the website of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) and promised citizens to confirm this via its website.
The authority indicated that it warns citizens in order to prevent them from being trapped by fake companies that claim to invest in international stocks in order to preserve their savings and investments.
