{Baghdad: Euphrates News} The head of the Supreme Islamic Iraqi Council, Ammar al-Hakim, the need for cooperation between the countries of the world in order to respond to terrorist organizations.

According to the Information Office, the Supreme Islamic Iraqi Council, that "the President of the Supreme Islamic Iraqi Council, Ammar al-Hakim, met with Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden to Jurgen Ndstrm to Iraq, at his office in Baghdad."
He added that "During the meeting, they discussed the situation in Iraq and the region and the relations between the two countries."
He stressed Mr. Ammar al-Hakim on "the need for cooperation between the countries of the world to deal with the terrorist organizations that threaten world peace," stressing "the insistence of all Iraqis to crush terrorism and to accelerate progress in the political process and the formation of the next government."
