    [size=18]The Kurdistan Regional Government confirmed on Monday that it is committed to its obligations that were previously agreed upon with Baghdad, while stressing the need to solve outstanding problems with the federal government in the oil and financial fields.


    The regional government said in a statement received by Alsumaria News, a copy of it that it "held a meeting in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani and members of the delegation negotiating with the Iraqi government, and the heads of the Kurdish blocs in the House of Representatives," indicating that "during the meeting held in the Cabinet Office building , Discussing the financial situation in Iraq, the repercussions of the Corona virus outbreak, the relations between the region and Baghdad, and the outstanding problems between the two sides.






     
    She added that "it was agreed to adopt a unified policy that is consistent with the current stage with a view to recovering the rights of the Kurdistan people and their financial entitlements," noting that "the meeting stressed the unity of the class and intensified coordination between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Kurdish blocs and not allowing the dues of the citizens of the Kurdistan region as one of the simplest rights, While emphasizing the refusal to convert the livelihood of the citizens of the region into a pressure card. "
     
    Talabani stressed that "the Kurdistan Regional Government is committed to its obligations that were agreed upon in previous understandings with Baghdad," stressing "the need to resolve outstanding problems with the federal government in the oil and financial fields on the basis of the oil and gas law and the distribution of revenue in a way that ensures the establishment of constitutional rights and duties for the two parties."

     
    The members of the negotiating delegation with the Iraqi government and the heads of the Kurdish blocs in the Iraqi Council of Representatives made many observations about the outstanding problems between Erbil and Baghdad and ways to deal with the federal government.
