    A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Muhammad al-Shabaki, said, on Tuesday, that Parliament will pass the budget with the exception of the disputed articles between [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] , pointing out that passing the budget needs more than one session in Parliament.
    "The Parliamentary Finance Committee expects to complete the budget file with the region, especially with regard to oil exports and financial dues in the near future, in order to vote on the budget," Al-Shabaki said to "the information".
    He added, "Parliament will proceed to vote on the budget, even if the paragraphs related to the region have not been resolved, as they will be voted on to remain only the contentious articles."
    "The parliament will not be able to vote on the budget in full during one session, as resolving the matter needs to be attended by the majority within parliament, as it needs technical measures and dialogues to resolve Article 11 of the budget," Al-Shibki explained. End / 25 n
