A Kurdish politician comments on the recent agreement between Baghdad and Erbil: It will be paper

Kurdish politician Sherzad Sheikhani Sherzad Hassan confirmed, on Saturday, that the Kurdistan Regional Government will not deliver the oil to Baghdad, even if the quantity is only 250 thousand barrels.
Hassan said in a statement to "the information", that "in light of the conditions set by the Finance Committee and the political blocs, including the distribution of salaries to employees in the region in full, the Kurdistan government, with the high oil prices approaching $ 70, will not receive oil at all."
He added that "the power parties in the region will be the most affected, because at the present time they distribute salaries to employees with high deductions, and also export oil through the companies contracting with them, but after the budget agreement they will be damaged and the size of their thefts decreases, so it will be a paper agreement only." 25 p
