Efforts to approve the budget in tomorrow's session, Wednesday
The Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed that the dialogues are continuing to approve the draft federal budget law for 2021, and a session of Parliament is likely to be held tomorrow, Wednesday.
Representative Shirwan Mirza, a member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, said during a special statement to PUKmedia : The dialogues are continuing between the parliamentary blocs to approve the draft federal budget bill for 2021.
He added: Most of the efforts are directed to hold a session of the House of Representatives tomorrow, Wednesday, and vote on the draft budget bill, noting that the parliamentary blocs have not reached any agreement on the budget so far.
Last Sunday, the House of Representatives failed to hold its session after discussions that lasted for hours after the emergence of new differences between the parliamentary blocs on the exchange rate of the dollar and the provincial share of the petrodollar allocations and some other disagreements.
