The governor of Diwaniyah reveals: Entities pay young men to confuse the situation of the province

On Sunday, the governor of Diwaniyah, Zuhair al-Shaalan, accused unnamed parties of paying young men to confuse the situation in the governorate, while noting that the diwaniyah is “below zero” in terms of construction .
Al-Shaalan said that "bodies are pushing young men to confuse the situation in the province of Diwaniyah," noting that "bodies tried to inflame the conditions of the province, similar to Dhi Qar ."
He added that "Diwaniyah is below zero in terms of construction," indicating that "a signature from state real estate still impedes the opening of a complete medical project ."
On the other hand, Al-Shaalan explained, "The experience of the provincial councils was" bad "with the governors, noting that" the governor is afraid to even sign in the presence of the Office of Financial Supervision.
