    On Sunday, the legal expert, Ali Al-Tamimi, clarified the issue of withdrawing the employee's hand from his job, after Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi's decision to withdraw the hand of Health Minister Hassan Al-Tamimi.

    Al-Timi said in a clarification that "People" received a copy of it (April 25, 2021) that "suspending the employee from work for a period not exceeding two months for fear of affecting the investigation or the public interest or interfering with it, which is the minister's authority in accordance with the law of discipline of state employees."  
    She added, "The prime minister has the right to withdraw the minister's hand after forming the investigative committee ... in accordance with Article 78 of the Constitution, Articles 14 and 15 of the Cabinet System and Article 17 of the Discipline of State Employees, and it shall be at half the salary."
