Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi called, today, Thursday, not to bully the government, and while confirming that the investigation teams collect evidence of the October killers, he said that the rights of the state do not forfeit the statute of limitations.
Al-Kazemi said in a televised speech marking the one-year anniversary of the formation of his government, followed by the National News Center: “I extend to you my highest congratulations on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al-Fitr, and I stand before you today, a year after I took the oath as Prime Minister.”
He added: "The government that I had the honor to preside was born in an exceptional and dangerous circumstance, and that Iraq was standing at a crossroads due to a severe social crisis, and our main task is to conduct fair and fair elections."
He pointed out that "the tenth of October this year has been set as a deadline for these early elections, and my government has provided all support for the success of the elections."
He said: “Our national political forces and parties are called to evoke the essence of this country and join hands together to protect it. The forces that have fought the harshest dictatorships of the modern age are undoubtedly worthy of fulfilling this historical responsibility at this critical stage, and our great people with all their social, youth, religious and cultural activities are called to support participation in The election".
He continued: “We fulfilled our pledge to our people by declaring not to participate in the elections or support any party or party at the expense of the other, and we will do our part to protect the upcoming electoral process,” noting that “despite the challenges of the Corona pandemic, the government has made progress in controlling the epidemic, and the Iraqi government has strengthened During the past year, the state’s sovereignty and confinement of weapons in its hands, and our forces have achieved remarkable development in terms of confronting the pockets of the terrorist organization ISIS.

He stressed that: “The government’s policy of openness was reflected in the reopening of the Arar border crossing with Saudi Arabia, which has been closed for decades,” explaining that “negotiations with Iran have reached their final stages to build a railway between Basrah and Shalamjah.”
Al-Kazemi stated: “We signed fifteen agreements and memoranda of understanding with Jordan and Egypt on energy and transportation lines, and we signed many agreements with Turkey on security, economic and investment issues,” explaining, “We also signed a number of agreements and memoranda of understanding with France, Germany and Britain to rehabilitate and build roads, airports and lines New railways ”.
