Nineveh Appeals: Some are trying to use the compensation file for electoral purposes

The Supreme Judiciary stated in a statement that Al-Furat News received a copy of, that "the Presidency of the Nineveh Appeals Department made it clear that some are trying to use the citizens' compensation file for the purposes of electoral campaigning, while requests to compensate citizens affected by war operations, military errors and terrorist operations are the focus of attention of the competent judicial committees in Presidency of the Nineveh Court of Appeal.
The statement indicated that "under the direction of the Supreme Judicial Council, transactions are subject to verification procedures according to the law, noting that more than (11605) cases in this regard have been resolved and work is still in progress in accordance with the law."
