The House of Representatives will discuss, in its scheduled session, today, Saturday, the second reading of the Social Security and Retirement Law for Workers.
The Labor, Social Affairs, Immigration and Migration Committee promised that the law would be presented at the session as a positive step towards strengthening the economic wheel, protecting the worker and ensuring his rights.
Committee member Fadel Al-Fatlawi said, according to the official newspaper, that "the presentation of the law for discussion by the parliamentary committees, such as labor, finance and law, and then voting on it later, is the first positive step towards strengthening the protection of the rights of workers in the private sector," indicating that "written proposals have been submitted to the committee."
