    Yes Iraq: Baghdad

Hours after the spread of OPEC reports about expectations of an increase in global demand by a difference more than the current production, Reuters revealed secret OPEC documents that talk about “uncertainty” about the fate of the oil market a year from now.
Reuters quoted a report, late on Tuesday evening, about OPEC's expectations that global oil demand would rise by more than the current production by one and a half million barrels during the month of August, and the difference may rise to more than two million barrels for the remaining months of the year.
But Reuters published a report it described as “secret” that “an OPEC + committee” warned of “great uncertainty” and the risk of a possible disruption to the global oil market after April 2022.
The report showed that "the committee known as the Joint Technical Committee, expects a surplus of oil by the end of 2022 under different scenarios of the supply and demand situation in the oil market."
The report revealed that the “OPEC + Joint Technical Committee is cautious about the uncertainty about the pace of recovery in the global economy and the widespread spread of the “Delta” strain of the emerging Corona virus.”
