    Al-Khabbaz also stressed "the importance of coming up with real data and achievements to be submitted to the leaders of the three countries," calling for "a panel discussion at the level of ministers to set the general framework and agree to sign a cooperation agreement soon, hold bilateral meetings and continuous communication between the concerned parties from both sides to reach visions and a final formula." to cooperate."
