    {Local: Al Furat News} The head of the Executive Authority of the Media and Communications Commission, Ali Al-Moayad, discussed, on Monday, with the US Ambassador to Iraq Matthew Tueller, the work of the commission within the strategic framework agreement between Iraq and the United States of America.

    According to the commission’s statement, {Al-Furat News} received a copy of it, “Al-Furat News received a copy of it: “During the meeting, they discussed tools and mechanisms for developing joint work and optimal cooperation in all issues related to the work of the commission, which were contained within (the strategic framework agreement between the Republic of Iraq and the United States of America in 2008). / Section VII) and completed through the strategic dialogue between the two countries recently during the visit of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi to Washington, and with regard to the sectors of media, communications and information technology.
    He added: "The two sides also reviewed the effective mechanisms for transferring international experiences and expertise, including the American ones, and in the sectors related to the work of the authority to improve the level of services provided to citizens." 
    Al-Moayad welcomed this visit, stressing that: "The doors of the commission are open to extend the bonds of cooperation and communication with all the parties supporting these sectors."
     For his part, the American ambassador expressed: "his happiness with his first visit to the commission and to meet the head of its executive body," praising the "vision of the commission and its determination to build regional and international openness to serve the interests of the Iraqi citizen and the institutions of the Iraqi state."
