    Euphrates News} A member of the Finance Committee in the House of
    Representatives Haitham al-Jubouri said the delay in approving the
    budget costing the country losses estimated at $ 1.5 billion a month.

    Jubouri told {Euphrates News} on Tuesday that "the delay in the passage
    of the general budget costing the country huge losses estimated at 1.5
    per month and that the Iraqi economy almost frozen and his parked."

    He
    pointed out that "there are financial benefits for companies working
    with the state did not pay so far and entailed heavy fines in addition
    to stop the investment budget means stop services and infrastructure and
    reconstruction wheel."

    He added that "a technical meeting
    anticipated to be held between the representatives of the Governments of
    the center and the region with a view to the appropriate payment
    mechanism and possible meet the entitlements of the oil companies
    operating in the Kurdistan region without strain the shoulders of the
    state treasury."

    The Iraqi Council of Representatives has failed
    in yesterday's session in the passage of the federal budget for the year
    2013 as a result of political differences between the blocks and the
