    The Secretary-General of the "Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq" militia, Qais Khazali, attacked the Electoral Commission and the representative of the United Nations, Jenin Plaschat, stressing that the Federal Court will ratify the election results tomorrow.
    Khazali said in a speech followed by "Ultra Iraq", that "there are leaks indicating that the Federal Court will ratify the election results tomorrow," adding that "the Federal Court is under external pressure."  
    Khazali went on to say, "If the appeals were not within the jurisdiction of the court, it was supposed to announce them from the first session," noting that "the evidence presented by the parties objecting to the election results was based on accurate technical observations."  
    He pointed out that "the report of the German company proves the lies of the Electoral Commission and the representative of the United Nations," adding that "the US ambassador set December 25 to certify the election results."  
    He pointed out that "according to the German company's report, the C-A device was not tested and was not part of the contract," stressing that "the election results are invalid."
