    The Director of the Victory Coalition office in Kirkuk, Azzam al-Hamdani, stated, on Monday, that al-Sadr's alliance with al-Halbousi and the Democratic Party places Kirkuk in the box of concessions.
    Al-Hamdani said in a statement to the "Information" agency, "Al-Sadr's alliance with the Kurdish and Sunni component places the Kirkuk governorate in the bargaining and concessions category, and thus we will lose an entire governorate again, blaming Al-Sadr and Al-Halbousi for the loss of national wealth that the coordinating framework was able to control after the war of the terrorist organization ISIS."
