    The corruption and corruption mafia has been nesting in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for many years, and no
    reform is on the horizon. Billions are burned with financial expenditures, which God
    has sent down from authority, while millions of people are groaning from hunger, poverty and
    deprivation . And the director is looking for partisan and personal interests and leaving the issues of the homeland and the people. Many foreign ministers are accused of being involved in issues of corruption and waste of public money. Unfortunately, we have received information that there are illegal and unacceptable actions taken by those in the hierarchy of administration in Austria, despite their experience.






    They accumulated and they occupied more than one position in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and represented the country,
    but there are no strong economic and educational relations, especially since a country like
    Austria is very developed and these relations must be reflected in the participation in the development
    of Iraq through the participation of Austrian companies in various disciplines for the purpose of contributing to reconstruction
    and construction and support civil society organizations. We do not care that the ambassador is of any
    nationality. The important thing is that the country represents the best representation and honor for the Iraqi citizen when he visits the Iraqi
    embassy in Austria, and the need for him to be worthy of responsibility and rationalization of
    expenses when spending is done through travel, housing, food and holding
    purposeful and important conferences. We want the diplomatic corps to work efficiently, with integrity, honesty
    and conscience, and not according to personal interests, favoritism and abhorrent sectarianism.
    It is known that Hoshyar Zebari, during the period of receiving the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, took advantage of
    his powers and gathered all his relatives, relatives and friends, and distributed fake positions
    with high salaries and privileges
    . It is up to the Iraqi parliament to work diligently, sincerely, and with great vigor
    , and some deputies “tighten their belts” to fight corruption in various ministries. I see
    the need for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to start a series of wide changes affecting hundreds of employees of
    Iraqi embassies, attaches and consulates outside the country, after corruption scandals
    and the exploitation of a job that affected the diplomatic staff abroad, and showed their lack
    of the necessary experience. This is an important message to the Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs
    and Parliament of the necessity of opening the files of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, exposing and isolating the violators.
