    Information/Baghdad..
The Governor of Sulaymaniyah in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, Haval Abu Bakr, announced on Tuesday that he had received good and important proposals from Iran to establish a joint free trade and industrial zone, stressing that there are serious incentives to launch this free zone.
Abu Bakr said, in a statement reported by the official Iranian news agency, that "Iraq and Iran want to establish a joint free trade area," noting that "the implementation of this joint project must be carried out with the cooperation of the two parties and quickly."
Abu Bakr considered “preventing the unnecessary flow of foreign currencies from the two countries as one of the advantages of establishing a joint free trade area.”
He added, "We have received good and important proposals from the Islamic Republic of Iran to establish the zone, and we have serious incentives and high capabilities to launch this free zone," stressing that "the establishment of the zone will provide a good ground for the supply and sale of goods from the two countries." finished/25
