    Information/Nineveh…
Political activist Muhammad Youssef confirmed, on Tuesday, that the current Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad al-Halbousi and his party took control of the funds allocated for the reconstruction of Mosul and transferred it to Anbar.
Youssef said in an interview with "Al-Maalouma" agency, "Al-Halbousi acquired Nineveh's money and transferred it to Anbar to strengthen his influence in that province after the recent tremors."
He added that "there are billions allocated to Nineveh, and if they were exploited, the governorate would now be an aesthetic oasis, and the reconstruction was completely done, but only the sidewalks and the paving of the streets are being painted."
Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi is accused of working to strengthen his influence in the liberated areas, by controlling reconstruction funds. finished/ 25
