Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi directed the allocation of one billion dinars to combat hemorrhagic fever.

The official spokesman for the Ministry of Agriculture, Hamid Al-Nayef, said, "Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi directed the allocation of one billion dinars to veterinary departments, in order to purchase pesticides, support the campaign to address hemorrhagic fever and reduce its repercussions," noting that "his ministry, since the beginning of recording infections with the aforementioned disease, has formed committees. It is joint with the ministries of health and the interior, to work together and take measures to deter it and not spread it.”

He pointed out, "urgent measures are taken to combat the tick (tick), which is active during the fall and spring seasons and is responsible for its spread."

He added, "The role of the Ministry of Interior is important in following up the livestock breeding that abounds in slums, while the work of the Ministry of Health is focused on treating the injured, whose number reached 100 and 18 deaths," stressing that "most of the injured have left the hospital, as well as spreading awareness among citizens. He urged them to wear paws and buy meat from licensed places, in addition to preventing random carrots.
