A member of the Parliamentary Oil and Energy Committee, Adnan Al-Jabri, explained, on Wednesday, the most prominent problems related to the oil file between Baghdad and Erbil.

Al-Jabri said, in a statement followed by "The Information", that "one of the most prominent of these reasons is the region's contractual obligations with international oil companies, whether those companies are extractive or transport and export."
He added, "These obligations are outside the controls and powers in force in the Central Oil Ministry, which caused these problems to remain stuck between the center and the region."
Al-Jabri indicated, "The committee's attempt, through the next ministry, to bring the views closer and set the first steps to solve this complex file." finished 25
