    The Council of Ministers, during its session held today, Tuesday, headed by Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, issued several decisions.
    A statement issued by the Prime Minister's Media Office and received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) said that "the Council of Ministers discussed in its thirty-fifth regular session the developments of events in the country, and discussed a number of economic and service files, and topics on the agenda."
    During the session, Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi reviewed Iraq's participation in the meetings of the United Nations General Assembly, the security achievement achieved by the Iraqis by defeating ISIS terrorist remnants, and the Iraqi forces' continuing efforts to fight terrorism on behalf of the world.
    Al-Kazemi stressed, according to the statement, that "the Iraqi delegation succeeded in strengthening partnerships with friendly countries, and opening the doors to new partnerships, to find solutions to a number of problems, as Iraq's efforts to resolve regional crises through a policy of dialogue and truce were widely praised, and its achievement of tangible progress in this path." ".
    In the context of the session, the Council of Ministers hosted the Deputy Commander of Joint Operations, who presented a report on the security situation throughout Iraq, and put forward a number of requirements and needs in support of security efforts, and the Council directed their implementation in accordance with the legal contexts, according to the statement.
    The Council of Ministers voted in continuation of the continuous support for the capabilities of our combat air forces, to provide logistical support to the F-16 fighter planes, the second phase, among the components of the project (the Fund for Building and Developing the Capabilities of the Iraqi Army) contained in the investment budget schedule for the year 2021. 
    According to the statement, this decision was made to strengthen the capabilities of the Iraqi air force, and to pursue terrorist organizations that are trying to destabilize the country's security and stability.
    He added that the council continued, during the session, discussing the topics on its agenda, which relate to a number of service and economic files, and others related to overcoming the problems and obstacles that hinder the work of a number of institutions 

    . , Only five hundred million dinars to the Ministry of Oil/Oil Products Distribution Company to prepare fuel and oils fundamentally according to the requirements of Cabinet Resolutions (57 and 96 of 2022), in implementation of paragraphs (1 and 2) mentioned in the Federal Financial Supervision Bureau book No. (1/ 1/12/2443), dated February 3, 2021, attached to the Council of Ministers Resolution (15 of 2022).

    Second / Finance Ministry of Finance (2000,000,000) dinars, only two billion dinars, to the office of the Prime Minister to cover the needs of the families of the martyrs and wounded in the Green Zone demonstrations August 29, 2022, from the total spending of the state, in implementation of paragraphs (1 and 2) mentioned in the letter of the Office of Financial Supervision Federal Law No. (1/1/12/2443), dated February 3, 2021, attached to the Council of Ministers Resolution (15 of 2022).
