Council of Ministers announced the decisions of the third regular session of the thirty-year 2013

The Cabinet held its thirty-third regular in Baghdad on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and issued by the Board the following decisions:
1 - Approval of Maardh Chairman of the National Investment leave City project committee Baghdad (Dabbash previously) and the draft City of the Future According to what is stated in the book with a number (1106) of (07/01/2013). 2 - based on Maardth and Ministry of Communications in her book a number (45) of 22.4.2013 on the advisory contract with the French company (CS) decided Council of Ministers following: - Do not agree to pay a fine of three (3) million dollars to the consulting firm. - Approval to extend the contractual period without the imposition of a fine Takhiria on the company. - a consulting firm to complete the study advisory according to the contract and payment of dues contractual. 3 - Allow for students on scholarships from the Ministry of Finance to the University of Salford to complete the MBA to continue to study the condition of success in the course English language without the extension of course another language, provided that they are of installed on the permanent staffing. 4 - authorize the Minister of Agriculture to extend the contracts of farmers is innovators within the ceiling of distribution through ( three months) from the date of expiry of the contract. ended
