    Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi confirmed, today, Monday, that the early elections came in response to the demands of the people, while he called on parties and forces to resort to the logic of dialogue to solve the political crisis.
    Al-Kazemi said in a statement, "On this day last year, the most important item in the government program was accomplished, as early legislative elections were held, characterized by integrity and professionalism, with the testimony of the United Nations and all observers," noting that "these early elections came in response to the people's demands, And the call of the wise reference to respond to it and participate in it.”
    He added, "The circumstances of a year since the elections have proven that resorting to the ballot boxes must be linked to the belief of all the political forces participating in them in democratic principles, and the practice of political action in accordance with their cultural context and values."
    He continued, "Over the past two years, we have worked on a different approach that governs dialogue, understanding, cooperation and partnership, and we have adopted calm and rationality in our dealings with events and situations, despite the unfair attacks we have been subjected to, all with the aim of establishing calm and stability that the country needs, and in order to establish a political culture that depends Democratic values, and renounce violence and tyranny in our beloved Iraq, which has suffered what it has suffered, in order to reach its current democracy.
    The Prime Minister called on "all political parties and forces - once again - to resort to the logic of sane, calm and constructive dialogue to resolve the political crisis and push for comprehensive national solutions that strengthen democracy and support the pillars of stability and prosperity."
