He added, "The Sudanese coordination framework was authorized to choose between candidates or to propose new candidates."
The statement indicated that "on the other hand, the prime minister-designate was authorized to rotate ministries between components or within the component, and to exclude the ministries of interior and defense from quotas and to nominate civilian or military figures, in a way that ensures the achievement of an effective service government in line with the ministerial program."
