A short while ago, on Saturday morning, voting began to elect members of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
According to the information received, voting is done manually and through paper ballots, as each member of the 14th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party has the right to choose 41 people for membership in the Central Committee.
I learned that the Kurdish leader, Massoud Barzani, voted a while ago, and that the polls are continuing.
Although the voting was scheduled to be electronic and to take place last night, a technical failure in the electronic voting devices resulted in the postponement of voting until Saturday.
