that the diversity of the Iraqi whether National thereof or religious does not appear highlights only with the availability of the elements of democracy that allow it, and when emerged interpreted as a difference and rivalry as if they are trying to direct their message to us that that totalitarian regimes are only able to grab the reins of a country of multiple nationalities, religions, and we found ourselves try hard convince others that what was produced democracy in Iraq from the results of the recent parliamentary elections are the results of happy and reflect the reality in Iraq and cultures multiple, not all the Iraqi people, secular or liberal or Islamist or nationalist or Marxist It is a mosaic of harmony and composition varied can co-exist with each other in peace and security as did not interfere with the other at will and make sedition, or trying to, the diversity of national state that existed in many countries of the world such as Switzerland, Austria, Belgium and the United States, which have migrated to more than 123 nationalities from different countries of the world, particularly Europe to establish a multi-national, was not different burden on the progress of America or the stability of Switzerland and Austria as it was a contributing factor in the arrival of these countries to the areas of advanced science and civilization, legislation and others. 
From here we have to think carefully about the formulation of a vision Iraqi national sincere accommodate all the particulars and pay willingly towards building a comprehensive national, including makes everyone melts in the service of the country and its development, regardless of the other branches as long as it's tributaries flowing in one pot, and as long as everyone believes in coexistence of common and shared destiny, especially in light of the big challenges that we faced and to be faced, and therefore must accommodate diversity and reproduced through the unit and strong national non-friable. 
The This diversity is transformed over time, experience and confidence-building to a wealth of actual increase prospects for the community and its tributaries humanity and enhance the value of citizenship, the right and pushing Iraq because takes its natural position both in the Arab world or in a range of regional and international levels and that does not have this diversity a source of concern for Iraqis who are watching with great hope to build a state institutions and law, state citizenship is no difference between the people of one nation.
