House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri met in his office, on Thursday, the delegation of tribal leaders and notables of the Middle Euphrates provinces.
A statement by his office received a "light News," a copy of it today, that "the meeting dealt with the current situation taking place in Iraq, both at the political level or the security or economic."
The meeting discussed, according to the statement, the role of the Iraqi tribes in the strengthening of the social fabric and to support national reconciliation efforts.
