The media office of the Presidency of the Republic stated, in a statement received by Alsumaria News, that "the President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, received at the Baghdad Palace, the National Security Adviser, Qassem Al-Araji."
The statement added, "The meeting emphasized the security situation and the importance of enhancing its stability to ensure the safety of citizens and to support the wheel of economic progress in the country."
The President of the Republic affirmed that "security stability contributes effectively to encouraging the necessary investments to develop the economy, create job opportunities, and achieve the citizens' legitimate gains in well-being and a decent life."
Rashid stressed, "The need to work to remove military manifestations from cities and remove the concrete blocks that affect the flow of citizens' movement and harm the general view."
