Political analyst, Ramadan Al-Badran, suggested the complexity of the challenges faced by Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani.

Al-Badran said for a program {without accusation} broadcast by the Euphrates satellite channel on Sunday evening, that: "Iraq needs the dollar, including what is related to the transfer in its original form, including disappearing to the sources that were transferred to it, and there is a dollar that reaches Iraq and disappears at home."
"Part of the smuggled dollar goes to Oman and Dubai, and the central bank used to receive the import papers arbitrarily," he said.
"The American vision says that part of the dollar is smuggled and dialogue with it will be about the leaked and smuggled dollar," Badran said.
"What counts on the measures taken by Iraq is not to smuggle dollars of corruption through transfer companies and bags," he said.
Al-Badran pointed to "the government's attempt to control the dollar in various ways," adding that "the challenges facing the Sudanese will diverge and will not stop at the dollar, including transfers to the Kurdistan region and the Jordan oil pipeline, in addition to corruption files."
"The Americans in general in the services need a personality that deals with their common files and they do not care who the personality is, which is a point of American requirements with Iraq," he said.
Al-Badran predicted that "the dollar will not rise any more and will fall with the Iraqi delegation's negotiations with the Americans scheduled for February 7."
