Baghdad ... instructed the Council of Ministers, to prepare a bill for the establishment of National Guard troops and organize volunteers from the popular crowd in a maximum period of two weeks, while calling for activating the strict procedures of deterrence against the corruption cases. The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in a statement received (Fallujah News) copy of it, 'Cabinet held its first meeting under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi', indicating that the 'Council of Ministers instructed to prepare a draft law for the establishment of National Guard troops and organizing the subject of volunteers from the crowd popular that accomplish the project within two weeks. The Secretariat added that the 'Council for activating the face strict action against the deterrence of corruption cases'.
