Today, Saturday, the representative of the Progressive Alliance, Hibat al-Halbousi, confirmed that the pragmatism of the President of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union, Muhammad al-Halbousi, in dealing with challenges enabled him to restore Baghdad to its leading and sovereign role at the regional and international levels.
