[size=45]On Monday, the Federal Integrity Commission announced the issuance of an order to summon the General Manager of the General Company for Grain Processing in the Ministry of Commerce, on charges of bribery.[/size]
[size=45]The Commission’s Investigation Department confirmed, according to a statement, that the case it investigated had been referred to the judiciary, pointing out that “a judge of the Baquba Investigation Court, which is specialized in examining cases of integrity, issued a summons order against the official.[/size]
[size=45]The department stated, “The recruitment order was issued against the accused; after he committed the crime of bribery,” noting that the accused “paid the bribe to an officer in a police station in the city; in order to lift the overrun of a real estate.”[/size]
[size=45]And it indicated that “a judge of the Baquba Investigation Court, which is specialized in integrity issues, issued the order; Based on the provisions of Article (310) of the Iraqi Penal Code No. (111 of 1969).[/size]
