    The Eqtedar Gathering launched an extensive training and qualification program to prepare and develop leaders, including thousands of its organizational leaders and active members, to develop their leadership and administrative skills within the Gathering's offices in Baghdad and the provinces.

    The head of the gathering, Abd al-Hussein Abtan, said in a statement received by "Baghdad Today," "Today we launched an expanded program to prepare and develop leaders and cadres, which was actually implemented by the qualification and training office in the assembly, in cooperation with other central offices and organizational secretariats in Baghdad and the provinces."
    Stressing: "We have planned a program that achieves a quantum leap forward at the political and organizational level and the quality of individual and collective performance," adding that "the continuation of learning and development in addition to basic and corrective rehabilitation and continuous evaluation of performance, as it represents a basic need for those who deal with and reform public affairs."
    The program, which is launched today, includes members of the Political Bureau, provincial secretariats, members of the supreme leadership body and central offices in Baghdad and the provinces, in addition to thousands of active members, in order to build and develop their capabilities and skills necessary to achieve the desired economic goals at the national level.
    While the official of the Training and Rehabilitation Office, Dr. Laith Al-Saadi, indicated: "The program includes providing high-quality training and qualification opportunities for leaders and members, and providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills in various fields, especially politics, economics, management, technology, making and analyzing public policies, and includes training and development at various levels and curricula," pointing out He pointed out that "courses, workshops, lectures and seminars will be organized, in order to ensure that leaders and members have pioneering opportunities for career development and continuous modernization, as well as support teamwork to achieve future visions for the assembly in the hope that everyone will benefit from this unprecedented qualification and training program at the level of political parties and groupings." And to achieve an organizational response to the quantitative and qualitative expansion achieved by the association in the past period.
