    And he added, “After the arrival of Dr. Al-Alaq, we noticed as observers that the rudder had changed, and that things began to take their right track, as the bank is now operating with an unusual activity, and also it has become keeping pace with major global economic and monetary institutions, in addition to qualitative facilities provided to the local market for the purpose of Activating the economic movement in general.And he pointed

    out that "activating electronic systems in the money circulation market, as well as entering the global Swift system, raised the classification of the Central Bank of Iraq among international financial and monetary institutions, and the bank's transactions became easy, smooth and highly transparent."

    While the expert and economic observer, Hossam Muhammad, counted that "the implementation of the first qualitative reform in the Central Bank of Iraq was through direct work on digitizing the bank's institution, and then entering a new era of monetary management, which is what the current governor, Dr. Ali Mohsen Al-Alaq, achieved Which subjected the monetary activity, and the currency auction, to the control of the competent state agencies, and to separate the real economic activity from others, and we began to see that the local currency auction was controlled, and there were fewer complaints about the existence of manipulation or acquisition by one party over the other, which constituted a quantum leap It is basic and bodes well,And it gives the observer and observer a good impression of the ability of this new administration to carry out professional and specialized work, and to move from the stage of randomness and poor international communication,
