Today, Monday, the Parliamentary Finance Committee outlined the advantages of the Social Security and Retirement Law for workers, and while it clarified its importance for regulating the private sector, it confirmed that it would reduce pressure on the government sector.

Committee member Mustafa Al-Karawi said, in a press statement, "The Social Security Law is one of the important laws, as it will reduce pressure on the government sector and create real job opportunities in the private sector, since most workers will have social security and pension salaries."

Al-Karawi added, "This will lead to a lack of direct search for appointments, reduce pressure on the government sector and government departments, and activate the work of the private sector through companies that will have accurate numbers of workers, job numbers, and guarantee numbers, and thus there will be a real organization for this sector."

He concluded, "There will be a real desire on the part of government employees to shift and move to the private sector, as its financial returns will be better."
