    Baghdad today - Baghdad
Representative Sherwan Al-Dobardani, a member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party parliamentary bloc, warned today, Thursday (September 7, 2023), that the failure of some parties within the coordination framework and the state administration coalition to adhere to the political agreement that brought the Sudanese government will lead us to a dead end.
Al-Dobardani said, in a statement received by "Baghdad Today", that "the recent events in Kirkuk sounded the alarm for the State Administration Coalition, according to which the Iraqi government was formed headed by Muhammad Shia al-Sudani, at a time when suspicions are hovering around some parties within the State Administration Coalition that stand behind the non-implementation of the government curriculum." Which Al-Sudani decided and read before the Iraqi parliament, including files related to the Kurds.

He stressed that "the party objected to the recent practices in Kirkuk, and Arab and Turkmen parties, many of whom were seen carrying weapons in front of the eyes of the security forces, demonstrated and blocked the Erbil-Kirkuk road, refusing to implement the Iraqi Prime Minister's decision to hand over the Kurdistan Democratic Party its headquarters in Kirkuk, and in return it was Live fire on Kurdish protesters and harm them.

He pointed out that "the political agreement came with the agreement, support and blessing of all the political parties participating in the government, and the region committed itself to the terms of the agreement by handing over oil and revenues from border crossings and others, but parties within the framework are trying to evade the agreement, which may lead us to a dead end," noting that "The reasons for evading the implementation of the political agreement are the divisions between its various parties over influence and interests, after everyone wants to take over everything and overthrow the Parti and the regional government, but we say it out loud: the will of the Kurds and the Parti is strong and will not be broken no matter how hard they try."
Al-Dobardani added, "If we assumed that there were problems and contradictory opinions with the political agreement, it would have been better for the objectors not to agree from the beginning, so as not to reach what we have reached today.
