Baghdad/Al-Masala Al-Hadath: The leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Wafa Muhammad Karim, explained that the region has filed its appeals in the Federal Court, and if the Federal Court does not decide the matter, resorting to the International Court will be resorted to the International Court to resolve the issue of the salaries of the region’s employees.
Karim said in a statement followed by Al-Masala, that the region’s request for the international community’s intervention in obtaining its entitlement from the federal government came after a number of visits and meetings to resolve the issue of employee salaries, especially after the approval of the budget law and the presence of a group of political parties that are obstructing its implementation.
He added that the region has filed its appeals in the Federal Court, and if the Federal Court does not resolve the matter, it will be resorted to the International Court, which is considered one of the civil options, indicating that the government has filed a lawsuit against the Region in the Paris Court.
Regarding the export of oil, he explained that exporting the region’s oil to Turkey means that it was the one who initiated the lawsuit and resorted to the judiciary, and that we resorted to the international community because Baghdad placed the salary file as a political aspect to pressure the region and that it is a legitimate right.
