Kurdistan threatens to resort to the Federal Court in the event of passing the budget

The Kurdistan Alliance MP Farhad Kader, Sunday, on the refusal of the Kurdish blocs to pass the draft federal budget bill for 2018, while confirmed that the coalition will resort to the Federal Court in the event of passing the budget.
"The Kurdish blocs will try to prevent the passage of the draft budget budget, where they reject and categorically pass the financial budget as currently drafted," noting that "the Kurdish blocs have observations and proposals on the draft law, including the share of the region of the budget and receivables Peshmerga ".
The MP said the Kurdistan Alliance, "The coalition will work not to pass the bill in the House of Representatives, but the completion of the quorum of the session would pass the draft budget," adding that "in the event of passing the budget on Sunday, we will resort to the Federal Court to resolve the dispute" .
The House of Representatives has conducted a first reading of the draft financial budget for 2018 in a meeting boycotted by the Kurdish blocs, which objected to the lack of quorum for the meeting. Finished 2
