    Ihsanoglu said in an interview for "Alsumaria News", "The Minister of the Kurds will perform the constitutional oath in parliament after the end of the holiday of Eid al-Adha directly."






    He ruled Ihsanoglu "convene a session of Parliament during the next couple of days," attributing the reason for this is "not the possibility of achieving a quorum of the Parliament after the House of Representatives to travel most of their provinces."






    The MP for the Kurdistan Alliance Ribawar Taha, in (September 25, 2014), that the non-receipt of Ministers of the Kurds of their duties and not doing their part is not in favor of the territory of Kurdistan , pointing out that this is not feasible, while Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq, on Monday (29 September 2014), he found "a good response" from the Minister on assuming the Kurds in their ministries.






    It is noteworthy that the Kurdistan Alliance select a period of three months to the prime minister Haidar al-Abbadi to respond to the demands of the Kurdish forces began on Monday (8 September 2014) when parliament gave confidence to the Government of the good, and since then has not led Minister Kurds who have been selected as ministers sworn in and did not collect their duties after.

     Thirdly: the formation of a committee headed by the Prime Minister of the Federal and Prime Minister of the Kurdistan region to discuss mechanisms to pay the region's share of the budget during the week from the formation of the government and launch the region's share of the first month to the eighth of 2014. 
         Fourth: discuss oil and gas and the distribution of imports and address outstanding issues on oil and gas between the federal government and the province during 3 months. 
    V. address contentious issues about Article 140 and the Peshmerga and facilities around the Civil Aviation democracy and complete the construction of the federal state and taking into account the balance and separation of powers and independence and how to make decisions. 
    Sixth: initiate payment of dues to the region starting from the month of September.

    Looks like they should come to an agreement this week with Kurds and then after EID the Kurds will take their place in the GOI flower





    The source said in an interview with "Twilight News" The Council of Ministers of its finished but did not reach an agreement to send the salaries of the province of Kurdistan.
