    [rtl]Baghdad - Iraq Today:

The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan Party stressed the importance of relying on the language of reason and logic and implementing the political agreement paper between the governments of Baghdad and Erbil.[/rtl]
[rtl]Union member Mahmoud Khoshnaw said in a press interview, “The problem between Baghdad and Erbil is related to the way the constitution is understood, and there is a misunderstanding and difference in viewpoints.”[/rtl]
[rtl]He added, "The political blocs that formed the government are trying to adopt political partnership in governance under the umbrella of democracy and to adapt laws to political reality," noting the importance of "relying on the language of reason and staying away from escalation and provocation between the governments of Baghdad and Erbil."[/rtl]
[rtl]Regarding the delivery of 50 thousand barrels per day to the regional government in Baghdad, a member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan stated, “The budget law included authorizing the Ministry of Oil to take Kurdistan’s oil as much as needed.” [/rtl]
[rtl] He explained that "it is the responsibility of the Federal Ministry of Oil to determine the percentage it needs for local consumption, or to export quantities via the Turkey pipeline or another port," indicating that "the ball is not in the court of the regional government and the matter is up to the Federal Ministry of Oil.” [/rtl]
[rtl]It is noteworthy that the Victory coalition, headed by Haider al-Abadi, earlier considered the problem between the governments of Baghdad and Erbil as “eternal,” criticizing the Kurdistan government for delivering 50,000 barrels per day to Baghdad and demanding huge sums of money to pay the salaries of its employees.[/rtl]
