[size=52]In response to an official invitation from the Iraqi Prime Minister, the Sheikh of Al-Azhar will visit Iraq in January 2024[/size]
[size=45]During a phone call between Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb and the Iraqi Prime Minister, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, it was agreed to set the date for the upcoming visit of the Sheikh of Al-Azhar to Iraq next January.[/size]
[size=45]Al-Tayeb assured the Iraqi Prime Minister of his happiness at visiting brotherly Iraq, deeply rooted in history, the country of Arabism and the homeland of civilization and prophets, expressing his appreciation and love for the brotherly Iraqi people.[/size]
[size=45]For his part, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani expressed his happiness with this anticipated and important visit, which Iraqis of all affiliations and factions are waiting for. Because His Eminence enjoys great Arab, Islamic and international appreciation, and His Eminence’s visit to Iraq will be of great interest to all Iraqis because of the impact that the largest Islamic institution in the world has on the souls of Muslims.[/size]
[size=45]This visit receives great attention from Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb. Because of its importance in supporting the issues of the Islamic nation, foremost of which is the unity, solidarity and cohesion of the nation. Preparation for it began a long time ago and was postponed due to the Corona pandemic, after which the official and popular authorities in Iraq renewed their invitation to the Sheikh of Al-Azhar to complete the visit.[/size]
