War: It is permissible to vote on the interior and defense ministers and one basket because the government formed
BAGHDAD - Iraq Press - 7 October / October: said legal expert, Tariq Harb, in a press statement on Tuesday that "the Iraqi constitution and rules of procedure of Parliament process demanding the kind to vote individually, each minister separately in the case of a candidate for the post of prime minister when forming only the government, while not stipulate that in other cases in accordance with the provisions of Article 76 of the Constitution and Article 49 of the Rules of Procedure of the House of Representatives. "
He said the war that "this is what happened in the session of parliament which granted the confidence of the government, either in the case provided the names of Ministers by the Prime Minister and not the candidate-designate to form a government does not require it and therefore may be constitutionally parliamentary vote on the interior and defense ministers in one basket together and one vote ".
He explained that "the subject now is not about to form a government, but respect to the addition of new ministers to the government was formed, so there is no requirement of the Constitution and the rules of voting solo, any vote on each name separately for ministers who join the government after its formation as a state and the defense and interior ministers."
