    Today, Sunday, the Federal Supreme Court issued a state order to continue the financial and administrative powers of state institutions managed by proxy until the case is resolved.

    The court media stated in a statement received by Al-Sumaria News, “The Federal Supreme Court issued a state order to stop the implementation of the phrase (the concerned departments shall suspend all financial allocations and administrative powers if they continue after the aforementioned date) in Article (71) of the Federal General Budget Law No. 13) for the year 2023, while the government’s commitment remains to implement what is stated in the aforementioned article regarding the termination of the agency’s work until the lawsuit filed before this court is resolved, No. (223/Federal/2023) to challenge the constitutionality of the aforementioned article, in order to ensure the continuation of the work of public facilities and not disrupt them.”

    , today, Sunday, the Federal Supreme Court issued a state order to continue the financial and administrative powers of state institutions managed by proxy until the case is resolved.
    The court stated in a statement, which Mawazine News received a copy of, that it “issued a state order to stop the implementation of the phrase (the concerned departments shall suspend all financial allocations and administrative powers if they continue after the aforementioned date) in Article (71) of the Federal General Budget Law No. (13). ) for the year 2023, while the government remains committed to implementing what is stated in the aforementioned article regarding terminating the agency’s work.
    She added, "This decision came until the lawsuit filed before this court, No. (223/Federal/2023), is resolved to challenge the constitutionality of the aforementioned article, in order to ensure the continued operation of public facilities and not disrupt them." Ended 29/H
