[size=45]The embassy stated in a blog post on the (x) platform, “The Iraqi government has repeatedly warned of the dangerous repercussions of the ongoing war in Gaza, during which civilians, including children, women, and the elderly, are exposed to unacceptable bombing that violates all humanitarian norms and international laws.”[/size]
[size=45]She added: “These events must stir the consciences of free people around the world to defend freedom and justice.”[/size]
[size=45]She continued, “In this context, the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Washington is following carefully and with concern the current events in American universities, including the pro-Palestinian protests and the arrest of students, professors, and faculty members,” calling for “restraint, calm, and respect for human rights.” And peaceful expression.”[/size]
