The Iraqi government welcomed the decision to host Baghdad the fifty-fifth session of the Council of Arab Information Ministers.
The official spokesman for the Iraqi government, Bassem Al-Awadi, said in a statement received by Mawazine News, “The government expresses its welcome of the decision of the Council of Arab Information Ministers to host Baghdad, the home of peace and brotherhood, the fifty-fifth session of the Council of Arab Information Ministers, scheduled to be held in 2025.” And choosing Iraq as its presidency.”
