    He added, "The law is clear in the necessity of deciding the options for forming the government in terms of choosing the governor, his deputies, the head of the council, and the rest of the other positions within 3 months, but this was not achieved by the Kirkuk Council," stressing that "there are demands to dissolve the council and hold new elections, and the ball is now in the authority's court."
