Al-Hakim said during the Eid prayer sermon in Baghdad, which was followed by “Baghdad Today,” that “our true religion emphasizes sharing responsibility in the paths of reform and enjoining good and forbidding evil. Each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for his flock, in light of the developments you are witnessing.” In our local arena and our Arab and Islamic region, we would like Pointing out several matters,” indicating that “we are still calling for the necessity of resolving the position of Speaker of the House of Representatives... and for this important position not to remain vacant as a result of political differences between the parties concerned with the nomination.”
He added, “We were clear and keen from the beginning that this position would be decided by consensus between our brothers and partners in political work, without entering into rounds of competition within the House of Representatives,” stressing that “more than seven months have passed since this position became vacant A monument that does not serve the democratic process or its rules. Political stability, which we call for the necessity of preserving in order to continue advancing the wheel of construction and development in our beloved country.”
Al-Hakim continued, "Here I call on all political forces to resolve this national entitlement in accordance with constitutional mechanisms and national partnership without disruption and for it not to be a cause of conflict and disagreement among the people of the component." “One, our strength lies in our unity, and there is no unity without compromise and altruism,” noting that “we faced great difficulties and obstacles.” In political work over the past years, we were able to overcome it thanks to the 72 and the wisdom of the Iraqis, and it even became living experiences and rules that can be used in similar political situations.”
He stressed that "the political awareness and experience that we have reached today requires us not to return to squares of artificial disagreement and rivalry for immediate and temporary political purposes," calling for "demanding demonstrations and political objections to be conducted in a peaceful manner and in accordance with constitutional contexts and the law." To avoid popular incitement and mass agitation in our safe and stable cities, We are betting on the awareness of our people and youth not to be drawn into calls for escalation through non-peaceful means.”
Al-Hakim stressed that “we must all participate in increasing the rates of reconstruction and development and not be distracted from the strategy of permanent stability for the country, and any wasting of time will be at the expense of the opportunities that we must invest to achieve progress and prosperity.”
In the social field, Al-Hakim added, “Building and preserving the Iraqi family is one of the first priorities before us, as the Iraqi Constitution indicated in Article 29/First, what it says: “The family is the foundation of society, and the state preserves its entity and its religious, moral, and national values,” especially in light of the statistics that It talks about the great challenges and risks surrounding the Iraqi family in terms of increasing rates of domestic violence, the spread of deviant phenomena, and the weakness of security and educational oversight on decadent platforms, degrading content, and other tools and methods that work to kidnap our youth and target the values and constants of our authentic Iraqi families.
He added, “Yesterday, we were fighting terrorism in all its forms, forms, and forms, and we are still fighting extremism, corruption, and everything that threatens the security and sovereignty of our country. Today, our war is an intellectual war of values par excellence, and it is one of the most dangerous and most ferocious wars on nations, and we must prepare for it with one hand, government and people.” Institutions, clans, individuals and organizations, and it is not possible to confront without realizing the reality of the danger that threatens the security of our families and our youth. No two people differ in the level of intellectual danger that we face today, and the level of complacency on the part of some who are unaware of and neglect our moral constants and religious values.”
Al-Hakim called on “all educational, judicial and media institutions, as well as the tribes, and under the direct supervision of the government, to identify the most important risks that threaten the Iraqi family and the future of young people, and to work to address them in thoughtful, scientific ways and with specific tasks for each governmental or community institution, and to be supported in this by serious and responsible awareness campaigns through The official channels of the state and all other channels and institutions in confronting practices that obstruct societal reform, and that we do not care about the false calls imported from outside our cultural environment under the pretext of freedom,” noting that it is “an unrestrained and decaying freedom that has nothing to do with the freedom of responsible and conscious speech.”
In the economic field, the head of the State Forces Alliance stated, “We feel comfortable with the movement of the federal government and local governments in urban development and the reform path in many areas,” praising “the efforts of the Prime Minister and his government team in these remarkable endeavors,” stressing that “we see in their efforts a representation of our programs.” Our development projects are to make Iraq a major workshop, around the clock, and we believe that continuing this approach is the solution, and that the government needs more societal and political support, as we are all in the same boat and with one destiny.”
Al-Hakim called on "the government to insist on transferring Iraq administratively and service-wise from the traditional paper-based model to comprehensive digital transformation, to reduce areas of corruption, speed up and simplify procedures, reduce expenses, and preserve the citizen's dignity and respect for his time, age, and energy."
In the regional and international sphere, Al-Hakim affirmed that “the Palestinian issue is still the primary concern of the consciousness and conscience of the Arab and Islamic nation and all the peoples of the free world, and it will remain so,” indicating that “words of denunciation and denunciation are no longer useful with the logic of Zionist disregard for international and humanitarian law, which is what the world began to do.” He senses it and realizes it, even if it is late.”
